How do I order using the online shop?

 

Ordering one of our scarves has never been simpler. Simply select the scarves you would like and add them to your cart. When you're done shopping, simply click the "View Cart" button to be taken to your cart. Once you review everything and make sure your order is indeed correct, all you need to do is checkout. Click the "Checkout" button, and you will be redirected to a secure web address where you can pay for your scarf using any major credit card or with an existing Paypal account.

 

How do I know that my payment information is secure?

 

All of the payment processing will be done through Paypal, one of the world leaders in payment gateways. If you've every bought something on Ebay, you've used Paypal before. When you buy through our online store, you are guarenteed the safety, security, and ease of mind that one of the largest payment processing companies has to offer. 

 

When will my order be processed, and how long will it take to be delivered? 

 

Each scarf is made with the upmost of care, and our scarves go through a rigorous quality control test to ensure that each scarf you recieve is of the best quality we can provide. Due to the rigorous process that our scarves go to, it may take up for 1-2 weeks for your order to be fully processed and ready to be shipped. Delivery is through Canada Post oversized lettermail, and is only available domestically.

 

NOTE: Due to heavy demand and a less than optimal supply of scarves, we may not get to your order until mid-January. We apologize for any inconvinience, and we hope that you stay warm during these cold winter days.

 

What happens when you run out of stock?

 

If we run out of stock, that usually means we're working hard to ensure as many orders are being made as possible. There is no need to worry if a deisgn you like runs out of stock, just check the next day! Some of our popular designs do run out fairly fast however, but you can always choose another design that catches your eye!

 

What if I don't want it shipped, and I would much rather pick it up?

 

If you would not like it to be shipped, and would like to pick up your scarves personally, you may come to John G. Diefenbaker High School on Tuesdays anytime from 6PM - 9PM to come get it. Simply send us an e-mail with your order at infinityjasa@gmail.com. Once your order has been placed and your products are made, we will send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you to come pick up your new Infinity Scarves!
